If you have any questions or concerns regarding the operation of the store or our products, the team at Artinforms.store is at your service. Before sending a message with your question, please check if your issue has already been addressed in the Frequently Asked Questions section.
ORDER
If you have placed an order with Artinforms Store but have not received an order confirmation email, please contact us using the contact form and we will update your order information so you can receive your order confirmation properly.
An e-mail with an order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address that was given when completing the order. If you have not received your order confirmation, please check your spam folder. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before you receive the order confirmation.
If you checked your spam mail and waited 24 hours and still did not receive the confirmation e-mail, we recommend you to contact us by our contact form , so we will investigate this for you.
If you have provided incorrect information such as a delivery address, email address or telephone number etc. Please contact with us as soon as possible via email at support@arinforms.store or through our contact form, so we can manage to change your information prior to sending your order. Unfortunately, if the incorrect information affects the delivery of your package and your order is already sent out before you contact us, as a customer you are responsible for the extra costs that may occur.
We know you need your products fast. As soon as you have placed the order, we’re on it! Unfortunately, this means we will be unable to make any changes as it is already being processed at the warehouse (usually within seconds).
If you have provided incorrect information such as name, email, phone number, and/or delivery address, please contact us via email at support@arinforms.store or through our contact form as soon as possible so we can change your information prior to sending your order. As a customer you are responsible for the extra costs that may occur if your parcel is handed over to our freight partner for delivery with the incorrect information.
Please contact us promptly via our contact form. However, please note that we may not be able to guarantee cancellation of your order due to our efficient packing and shipping processes. For more information, please refer to our Cancellation Policy page.
DELIVERY
Delivery and production times vary depending on the material and design.
For orders within EU countries, regular shipping typically takes between 2 to 6 business days for delivery. Orders shipped outside of the EU may take longer, typically around 8 to 10 business days to be delivered.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and actual delivery may vary depending on customs processing times and local postal services in your area.

Due to logistical reasons, personal pickup of your ordered products is unfortunately not possible.
We utilize different shipping partners, depending on the size of your order. Once you’ve added your products to your cart, and proceeded to checkout, you’ll be able to see which service your order will ship with.
Shipping costs are determined by the destination country and will be calculated during checkout after you enter your shipping address.
If you are ordering products for delivery outside of the EU, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country. These charges are typically levied once the package reaches its specified destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on import duties and taxes specific to your country before placing an order.
For technical reasons, it is not possible to ship an order to different addresses.
If you wish to ship our products to different addresses, we kindly ask you to place a separate order for each address.
For goods returned to us due to the customer not collecting them, we charge a fee of €20 to cover our packaging and return shipping costs.
We deliver within Europe to the following countries:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (mainland), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding Canary Islands), Sweden.
PAYMENT
We accept payments through Stripe, including Visa, Maestro, American Express, SEPA Pay, and Giropay. Unfortunately, we are unable to process money orders, purchase orders, orders placed over the phone, or cash transactions.
You can find your invoice in your customer account under the order overview. You can download it as a PDF.
CLAIM
If your package and products were damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible with pictures of both the damaged package and the affected goods. You can do this through email or using our contact form. Once we receive the images of the damaged package and products, we will address your request promptly. In the e-mail, please include the original order number, and let us know exactly which item(s) were missing or damaged. Please see our Terms of Sale for your rights as a customer.

RETURN
Yes, we offer a 90-day return policy for products purchased at artinforms.store.
To initiate a return for a refund, please reach out to us via email at support@arinforms.store or through our contact form.
Kindly note, shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost and safe return of the items to our warehouse in Germany.
It’s important to understand that this policy is voluntarily provided and does not affect your statutory warranty rights for defective products, which are detailed in our Store Terms of Sale.
If you wish to exchange your received products for something else, the process is similar to a regular return. The products being returned must be in their original packaging and condition. Once we receive the products, we will issue a refund. You can then proceed to make a new purchase on our website.
You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
The return process can take up to 14 days from the time you hand the return parcel. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Once the return has been received and processed, we will register the credit and send you a confirmation via email. Save your receipt until the return confirmation email has reached you as proof of the return.

We use high-quality paper for our products. Our paper quality is carefully selected to ensure durability and excellent printing results, enhancing the overall appearance of our posters and prints.
