Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept returns within 3 months from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition—clean, unwashed, and in their original packaging where applicable.

Please note, we do not facilitate direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, we kindly ask you to return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Kindly note, shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost and safe return of the items to our warehouse in Germany.

It’s important to understand that this policy is voluntarily provided and does not affect your statutory warranty rights for defective products, which are detailed in our Store Terms of Sale.

Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, please notify us promptly to exercise your statutory warranty rights for replacement or refund. Kindly email us at support@artinforms.store or send us a message via our contact form.

Please provide a description of the damage sustained by the product. If feasible, attaching pictures of the damage will help us expedite the process.
